Scene 1 of animation almost done, feeling great
So In case you didn't know right now I'm working on an animation for an animation jam on newgrounds which you can find here, and when I first saw it I had a great idea. This idea is going to take a while though and I feel one way to keep my motivation up for this whole thing is to constantly talk and share my progress with people in my circle and also on my blog since this is sort of private.
Anyway my experience was pretty good I feel I'm finding my workflow everyday I animate and also when watching it back it was actually somewhat funny. The voice actor I got to voice the narrator especially helped and really bring life into the animation. I always did feel that the sounds really bring life into an animation, and voice actors especially.
I feel like scene 2 would be done quicker since for scene 1 I needed to model a lot of things, scene 2 though takes place in the same area and doesn't really have any new props except for little things like a bag of sugar which is incredibly easy to model and doesn't need to be open and closed like the book in the 1st scene.
Oh yea should mention that I plan on finishing all the scenes first and foremost before going back to every scene and tweaking them with visual vfx, more keep alive animation, and slight movement tweaks which is why I said that scene 1 was about 75% done.
